Nuciya Natural Beauty Incorporated does not expressly grant refunds or returns. In special cases Nuciya may grant refunds or returns but all purchases are made with the understanding that the buyer is not entitled to a refund unless the item is damaged or defective. Items on sale, special or marked as "clearance" are final sale only. At minimum all requests for returns must provide a clear, unadulterated photo of the products in question from the receiver which will make clear what brand and item name it is; as well as if it has been used or opened. As per the terms and conditions, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective (spoiled or warped) or incorrectly sent.

A request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery of the item.

Store credit will be issued if the return is accepted.
