Indie Spotlight: PLANTiful

We’re proud to support local businesses and to show the world what’s being created right here in our hometown. Here at Nuciya we’re constantly on the lookout for up and coming brands. We’re always attending to local events and farmers markets to scout out well-made natural and organic products. We want to help local artisans share their talent. This is why we’re so proud to introduce PLANTiful. 

PLANTiful was founded in 2009 with the intent to make the highest quality natural products. The founder Amy, sought out to create a skincare line to help keep her skin stay soft, moisturized and clean as she suffers from chronic primary lymphedema in both legs. 

All of PLANTIful’s products are plant-based as they are made up of flowers, wild herbs and plant oils from local farms. They are also made in small-batches to ensure freshness and purity. 

Natural and local ingredients aren’t the only good thing about PLANTiful as their packaging is environmentally friendly. PLANTiful uses glass containers and plantable wrapping. In fact, their castile soaps are packaged in 100% recycled kraft paper boxes and finished with a Canadian wildflower soap wrapper. Yes, wildflower seeds are embedded into the wrapper!

With a beautiful selection of 100% pure, certified extra-virgin olive oil soaps, natural deodorants that come in a stick applicator and products specially formulated for babies we’re sure that you’ll be loving this Edmonton based brand as much as we do!
