"Intense Ion Hydration Tonique is our old Tone Intense Hydration Tonique with a few tweaks to make it even better.  The herb base is more concentrated, the alcohol in the base has been greatly reduced, and we've added a few more ingredients to create the lasting moisture delivery skin is craving.

We've added Dead Sea Salts and Sodium PCA to further build skin's ability to hold in hydration.  You'll notice the effect of these helpful nutrients right away.

To make our base we carefully prepare an organic cucumber infusion from fresh cucumbers for magnesium, potassium and caffeic acid to infuse optimum hydration.  Peeling, slicing, infusing, and straining fresh ingredients is one of the lengths we are willing to go to in order to use unique and quality ingredients.  We see how raw, pure ingredients benefit your skin and the results are worth it.

A concentrated, cool-brew herb base of Organic Oatstraw, Horsetail, Plantain and Dandelion bring water soluble minerals and silica. Organic Burdock offers tannins and Heather flowers bring the flavonoid Quercetin.  We soak the herbs without heat for an entire week to maximize their nutritive value.  Patience is key, and the herbs offer up their bounty.

The essential oil blend in this product has a simple, herbal, unisex aroma to it.  Essential oils in our products are included for their therapeutic properties and not just for scent. 

Blissoma's toners are not astringents. They are actually hydrating for your skin. You can use them after cleansing and before moisturizing like many lines recommend. If you are using our Fresh Mild Rice Cleanser or Free Rejuvenating Herbal Gel Cleanser your skin won't actually need PH balancing, as those are acidic cleansers that won't disturb your acid mantle.

Directions:

Spray directly onto facial skin after cleansing, mask treatments, or anytime during the day to give skin a boost of hydration and high functionality. Allow to absorb and then moisturize. Can also be used to set mineral makeups.
