Enterting Coupon Codes:

1. Fulfill the requirement of that promotion, either by having certain items in your cart, or a minimum cart total.

2. On the top right of the page, next to currency, click on the cart quantity and total, then click "View Cart".

3. In "View Cart" enter in your code. Please don't have blank spaces before the code.

4.  Once successful, a green bar will appear indicating that the code is active.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Visa-Debit & PayPal, and Bitcoin.

When will I be charged?

After you reach the final billing phase, press ‘confirm order’  and pay at the subsequent payment processors pages (Paypal or Coinpayments). If you use the Credit/Debit payment option you will receive an email of payment confirmation.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally for most products. If we cannot ship a certain product internationally it will be clearly stated on the product page.

Why don't some items ship to my country? 

While the overwhelming majority of products carried ship internationally. Due to restrictions placed by our suppliers some items cannot be shipped to a few Oceanic/Pacific countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on some orders. Generally shipping is free on Canadian and US orders over $100 and international orders over $200. Please note that free shipping will not come with tracking information or insurance. Expedited and international rates will vary depending on the weight of your shipment and how fast you’d like it delivered. How long does the free shipping take? 

The most basic free shipping option usually takes 2-8 business days for Canada, 7-12 for USA and upto 8 weeks for international orders. There are faster shipping options for higher total orders. Our detailed free shipping policy is located here

When will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days if the item is in-stock.

Which courier company do you use?

We ship all orders via Canada Post.

What does the stock status 2-3 days and 4-6 days mean? 

This is an estimate of how long until the product comes in, if you order an out of stock item it will be backordered.

My tracked order seems to be stuck at "ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)" what does this mean?

For some orders, this is where parcels from Canada go to be processed through customs, US customs/USPS may experience delays and at time parcels may be stuck here for 1-2 weeks unfortuntaley. 

Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

If an item is damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. No returns will be issued otherwise except in extraordinary circumstances that will be judged on a case by case basis. If you have any questions regarding this matter please email us at [email protected]

At minimum all requests for returns must provide a clear, unadulterated photo of the products in question from the receiver which will make clear what brand and item name it is; as well as if it has been used or open.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to return your item due to it being damaged or defective please email us at [email protected].

Skin Sensitivities:

Please carry out a patch test for skin sensitivities. The most effective way to do this is to apply the product to a small area, preferably your wrist or behind your ear to see if any irritation occurs. Do not continue to use the product if the tested area becomes discolored, tingles, or develops a rash. Remove the product immediately with a damp cloth and warm water.
