This studiously curated cream is perfection for picky complexions. Not too heavy and not too light, Pure feeds skin a wide range of botanical actives specifically chosen to reduce the appearance of redness and improve the appearance of tone and texture for seriously reactive faces.  

Pure is entirely unscented and free from gluten, ethyl alcohol (grain alcohol), nuts, petrochemicals, parabens, phenoxyethanol, and even common botanical allergens. Over the years we've spoken to many clients suffering from a wide range of sensitivities and we wanted to offer something that would be optimal for their issues. 

Our whole herb extracts work in synergy to nourish with a broad spectrum of unaltered, beneficial phytonutrients.  By using the whole herb you get more active compounds - often dozens per plant!

Marshmallow provides mucilage to deeply hydrate and soothe the surface of skin.  Plantain leaf, one of our absolutely favorite botanicals for reactive skin, penetrates to give a comforting sensation.  It's a humble, wild leaf with seriously sophisticated benefits.  Self Heal is also a persistent perennial friend from the plant kingdom.  Commonly used in herbalism for cuts, scrapes, and abrasions it is ideal for skin that is constantly challenged and aggravated by its environment. Heather Flowers provide the flavonoid Quercetin, and Butcher's Broom provides a host of minerals and another antioxidant flavonoid, Rutin.

This formula doesn't stop there though, as its elegant botanical base oils moisturize deeply with no greasy feeling.  Fully hydrated skin is more resilient, so that's our goal. Our botanical oils have been specially chosen for their mild scent, smooth feel, antioxidants, and vitamin content. Organic Baobab and Pumpkin seed oils star, providing Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and vitamins A, C, D, E and Zinc as well as plant sterols. Organic Camellia oil is a rich source of antioxidants, and Perilla seed oil and Tamanu are superb for needy skin.  All of these help reduce the appearance of inflammation and irritation and give you the look of supple, softened radiance.
